Company No-Show Policy and Last Minute Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand of our artists, we have no choice but to require a credit card to secure all reservations. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software. Please give the courtesy of 24 hours notice for any reservation changes and cancellations. We reserve the right to process the card on file $25 for any changes and cancellations outside the 24 hour window. We also reserve the right to charge the card on file 50% of the service booked if you no-show the reservation.
Company Refund Policy
We guarantee every product we carry in our salon. During our service, we strive to educate you on how much, how often and how to apply each product. If you find that the product doesn’t perform the way you were expecting, feel free to bring it back and swap it out for a different product, or we are happy to show you how to use the product again! We are unable to issue refunds for any products since we will not be able to use them after they are opened.
