If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will gladly make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing. We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair, we are happy to make adjustments for you. Adjustments can be performed within 10 days of your initial appointment. Please note that adjustments will be charged at full price if you, or another professional, make any changes to the cut or color.
Chemical services are only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner from our salon directly. A re-do service will incur a color fee of $20 per bowl of color needed for adjustments, which includes a blow-dry service. Your stylist will inform you directly if your hair goals cannot be achieved in one sitting. If your desired result cannot be met in one sitting, or if you have box color present in your hair, you will be asked to complete our multi-color agreement.
In terms of our company no-show policy and last-minute cancellation policy, due to the high demand for our artists, we require a credit card to secure all reservations. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software. We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any reservation changes and cancellations. If changes or cancellations occur outside the 24-hour window, we reserve the right to process the card on file for a $25 fee. Additionally, if you no-show your reservation, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service booked to the card on file.
Regarding our company refund policy, we guarantee every product we carry in our salon. During your service, we strive to educate you on how much, how often, and how to apply each product. If you find that a product does not perform as expected, feel free to bring it back and swap it for a different product, or we can show you how to use it again! However, we are unable to issue refunds for any products once they have been opened, as we cannot use them afterward.
